Rehabilitation & reintegration · Ethan-Mercy Foundation

A structured continuum of care after prison.

Release day is often when the hardest battle begins. Without shelter, clothing, or a community to lean on, former inmates are left vulnerable to exploitation and despair. Ethan-Mercy Foundation provides a dignified refuge where healing and rehabilitation take root.

Our model is built on faith, psychological restoration, family mediation, and structured life skills, ensuring that every person who enters our program has the stability to reshape their future.

The 4-Stage Reintegration Journey

Stage 01

In-Prison Outreach & Orientation

Meeting inmates prior to release through prison ministry visits, building trust, and evaluating readiness for personal transformation.

Stage 02

Immediate Post-Release Refuge

Safe temporary housing, clean clothing, medical checkups, and nutritional meals so individuals do not return to destitution.

Stage 03

Vocational & Psychological Healing

Enrollment in the Etchie complex training tracks alongside trauma counseling, character development, and spiritual discipleship.

Stage 04

Mentored Community Re-Entry

Job placement, starter toolkits, micro-business guidance, and structured family reconciliation sessions for lasting success.
